We are continuously seeking sponsorship opportunities for our organization. As a non-profit club, we depend heavily on funding from local businesses and parents. We cannot thank those individuals enough who have reached out to the club in one way or another. There are several ways to help TCT Rugby continue to thrive and teach the sport of Rugby to the Bloomington-Normal area youth.
MONETARY DONATIONS
Cash Donation
TCT Rugby is a non-profit organization under use of the 501c3 of the Illinois Youth Rugby Association (iYRA). If you would like to donate to TCT Rugby, please make your check payable to: Illinois Youth Rugby Association. You can also request a tax-deductible form for your records. After-Game Feeds
After the game, it is rugby tradition for both teams to come together and socialize, leaving any and all negativity behind on the pitch. The after-game feed helps teach the meaning and importance of sportsmanship. TCT Rugby carries out that tradition by providing our players, along with the opposing team food after the game. This could be anything from a sandwich and chips to pizza and a Gatorade. If you are interested in donating food for one of TCT Rugby ‘s home matches, please contact Coach Hailey White.
Corporate Sponsorships
There are several ways your business can help support TCT Rugby. In the past, we have had t-shirts donated with corporate logos on the back and the TCT Rugby logo on the front. The shirts are then sold to family, friends, and fans of TCT Rugby. All profits made from the t-shirt sales go directly to the future expenses which keep TCT Rugby a successful organization.
VOLUNTEER
Money isn’t the only way to give back to TCT Rugby. We are constantly in need of people volunteering their time and efforts to help keep the club running smoothly. On home-game days, we need volunteers to help with:
Field set-up and tear down Concessions Selling raffle tickets We also appreciate volunteers to wash the jerseys!For the upcoming season, we plan to implement a Parent Committee that will help ensure these tasks are taken care of. If you are a parent that is interested in holding a position on the parent committee, please contact Coach Hailey White.
OTHER WAYS TO HELP
Raffle Prizes such as Cubs Tickets, Sox Tickets, Prairie Thunder Tickets, and gift certificates have been donated in the past.
